Yes, Coremine Vitae is CE-marked MDD Class I, this includes compliance to European cybersecurity requirements.
Your personal data is stored on CheckWare, which is Normen compliant and ISO 27001 certified. We never store the patient information in Vitae Evidence and all identifiable information is removed before it goes into Vitae Evidence algorithms.
PubGene AS established an information security management system in 2019, under the guidance of INFOSEC Norge AS, to ensure that personal data protection and security is a continuous process and is taken care of in a systematic and documented manner, and appropriate to the size and scope of Coremine Vitae.
Federated learning enables healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations to leverage the power of algorithms enhanced from being trained with the data of multiple organisations without sharing their data. The data remains protected on their server and the algorithms travel between them, enabling collaborative learning at scale.
Vitae Evidence will make use of Federated Learning.
PubGene AS established a Management System for Data Protection and Information Security (“Styringssystem for informasjonssikkerhet og personvern, internkontroll”) in 2019, under the guidance of INFOSEC Norge AS. We used the Normen guidelines for Data protection and information security for GP practices as a starting point and adapted it to Coremine Vitae’s size and scope.
PubGene AS’s maintains an overview of its compliance to each Normen and ISO 27001 requirements, and justification of non-applicable requirements, by performing regular security audits, documented using the Normen Code of Conduct Fact sheet no 6b version 4 .
PubGene AS’s Management System for Data Protection and Information Security is incorporated into PubGene AS Quality Management System (QMS) established in 2020.
