Your impact
You will be responsible for building and empowering our tech team to succeed together, supporting our ability to provide personalized insights to patients and their healthcare team, and to enable scientists to deliver timely, quality controlled actionable reports. Our aim is to make a real difference to people’s lives at scale.
How we work
We work with clinicians, molecular scientists, NLP, AI, and data engineers to harmonize patient specific
data, map it to literature based and real-world scientific evidence. Our software helps create personalized
insights tailored to individual medical records to provide Clinical Decision Support. We empower and enable
patients to be actively involved in decision making through our web application and APIs.
What you will do
Partner with the management team to define, prioritize and realize a product roadmap.
Manage the in-house engineering team, development partners, and partner APIs.
Drive the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of our engineering team.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Communicate our technology strategy to partners and investors.
Make executive decisions regarding the company's technological requirements.
Actively participate in writing code to realize our roadmap.
Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Your skills and Experience

We are looking for you who have hands on experience with:
Scalable microservice software architecture.
Managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team of engineers.
Providing architectural guidance, code reviews, etc.
Full-stack modern development practices.
Project management to ensure timely deliverables.
We also value the following skills
Enthusiasm about software craftsmanship and improving the developers’ lives through automation and modern tooling.
A proven understanding of best engineering practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code review, source control, build, test, deployment, and operations
Effectiveness as a leader and team-player who knows how to hire and manage the right talent to scale the engineering team.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to delegate efficiently.
Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

Experience working within healthcare regulatory constraints
ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 14971:2019 (Risk Management), Software Life-cycle (IEC 62304)
Practical experience with building SMART-on-FHIR apps.
Knowledge of eHealth open standards such as FHIR, openEHR, International Patient Summary (IPS), FAIR Principles
Familiar with Evidence Based Medicine, Real-World Research, Clinical Decision Support and Shared
Decision-making Best Practices
Familiar with the ethical and regulatory challenges of AI systems in Healthcare, Trustworthiness
